I can't say enough amazing things about this office. The wait times can be a bit long, but that's because the doctors actually take their time with the patients, connect with the parents, and are very personal. While more and more doctor's offices are turning into patient farms with cold, unfriendly physicians, this practice actually takes the time to get to know both you and your child. The front staff are always very professional and friendly, and the nurses are great with the kids and always in a good mood.
As a parent, it's important to feel validated and listened to when you have medical concerns about your child- after all you are their greatest advocate. The doctors here always make sure that they are taking your concerns into consideration, and they never brush you off or make you feel like you're being a "helicopter parent." They take the time to explain things in terms that a normal person can understand, and they are kind and sympathetic. I truly feel like this practice has my back and has the best interests of my child in mind- not just churning patients through the door to make a buck.
They are also INTACT FRIENDLY which was very important for me in selecting a pediatrician.
Dr. Rodriguez-Sfeir is our normal pediatrician, and she is amazing. You will NOT regret choosing this practice for your child.
