TIP Hair & Beauty Studio at 2555 Delk Road Southeast, Marietta, Georgia.

I really wanted to like this place for the convenient location and price range but after my bad customer service experience today I will have to find a new salon. I scheduled an appointment online with the store owner, TIP. I arrived fifteen minutes early to find another customer being serviced. I was not greeted when I walked in nor during the forty five minutes that I waited. Many of the salon artists were sitting down and giving me funny looks as if they knew I wasn't helped but that was ok. I left and no one tried to stop me. What s the point of scheduling an appointment if you're going to be ignored?

I have been wanting a lob for a while, and I finally decided to do it on the spur of the moment today. Tip Hair & Beauty was open (on a Monday!), had availability this afternoon, AND had online booking! Tip did a great job on my hair. I am always very nervous about getting my hair cut but she did exactly what I wanted! I definitely will be back, maybe to get a balayage next time!
