T-Mobile at 2595 Sandy Plains Road Suite 105, Marietta, Georgia.

Horrible customer service! I switched to T-mobile from Att exactly 1 week ago today and ever since I switched I've been dropping calls and have had poor reception. I went to the Apple Store 2 days ago to see the Apple care team and they confirmed that my phone was testing fine and that it was a carrier issue. So I went back to this location and asked them to test my SIM card because that is the only other issue it could be and they asked me if I had called their 800-customer service. I replied no I hadn't because my phone had been dropping calls so bad and that was why I was back. 3 employees working/standing around doing nothing and no other customers around and I had to argue with them to do their job. Chris is the district manager and I'm still awaiting a return phone call from him. The guy who calls himself a manager at this location should be fired.
