If we pay in excess for rent, the staff should at least be able to do the bare minimum or at least answer the phone. But that bare minimum job, may take one month or may never be completed. Unsafe neighborhood, but took over one week to replace my breezeway light. I could go on for days about all of the issues I’ve had, but Rockledge is already fully aware. Overall, only move here if you have ample amounts of patience.

**Update- Within 3 weeks of posting this they paved over a couple interior potholes. Probably no correlation, right?
If they'd fix the potholes at the gates and inside the community our cars could be safer.
Residents services listens well but rarely acts quickly to complete or fix issues, multiple occurrences where you the resident will be the only one communicating.

Best features: Hooch River access, multiple pools, and decent gym/weight room, nice volleyball court. Overall clean throughout, minimal trash.
You get what you pay for in the apartments, which aren't spectacular, but good value.
