They knew exactly what I needed and gave me some GREAT advice on my existing flooring. They followed up after the install to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Amazing job!! We attempted to contact Mr. Hardwood four times and never received a response. I spoke to a neighbor of mine who allowed me to see the work of Professional Installed Floors. I was immediately sold. Lee and his son provided us with amazing customer service. They were polite and professional. The pictures attached should speak for themselves. We had carpet replaced with hardwood and the rest of the home sanded and refinished. The price was affordable and the work was immaculate. We had a couple of issues at the end of the job and they were immediately addressed/corrected. No complaints here. I would definitely skip all of the others if you are looking to install floors.
