The Preserve at Terrell Mill at 1560 Terrell Mill Road Southeast, Marietta, Georgia.

Avoid this place! I've lived here for 2 years, and will be moving out very soon. This community's biggest problem is the maintenance. We have been having A/C and heater problems for the last 6 months and the issue just won't get fixed. The trash gets accumulated in front of the property and rats live near the dumpster.
The corporate office is not helpful at all. They don't answer calls or emails. No winning here.

I moved here in January of 2017. Things were going great except for the fact I had the wrong stove for my unit. A couple of weeks went by and the stove was replaced.

As it is normal in the hot months, bugs tend to show up in apartments. However, as of February of this year (2018), I was seeing mice droppings. (pictures attached) One day after work, I opened my pantry door and saw a mouse crawling all over my shelf. Maintenance came out and placed mouse traps. Ever since I saw the mouse, I have not been able to buy ANYTHING to put in my pantry. I had to throw out everything I once had and now only have seasonings in my pantry. However, this morning while getting ready to leave for work, I noticed the mouse trap was moved from the pantry (slid under the door) with a mouse struggling to come off of the glue tap. No one should have to live like this, especially since this community is in a wonderful area. La fitness is nearby along with the highway, Braves stadium, Cumberland mall, Walmart, Kroger etc..

I am also a very clean person so this should not be an issue for me.

My unit is also on the side of a building where there is hardly any light. I am very paranoid walking from my car at night and I am constantly looking all around me, as anyone can jump out from the dark where the woods are.

It also took a whole year for the gates to start working.

I am so sad because the staff is wonderful but the living conditions are not. Huge shout out to Paris for being so awesome with my stay here.

My lease is up in December and I will definitely not be renewing it. I will also try to get out of it earlier. This is no way for someone to live. For my first apartment on my own, I am very disappointed with the experience. I will be left with nothing but negative memories.

Unless you want to live with rodents and bugs, DO NOT move here.
