Tried to get an oil change to head home for family emergency woman was rude and nasty from the jump. Let her know I just needed a premium oil change nothing more and she made smart remarks. Left out asked my daughter to go in for me, woman told her she can't service us and when my daughter asked why she said "we just can't" with no explanation. Daughter asked why what the issue is and she said we just can't service you. Woman stepped in daughters face and just created an argument. She was rude to another African American lady in front of US so hopefully she was just having a bad day and isn't prejudice. Never coming back again
