I purchased a alternator at this location 6 to 8 months ago. It locked up and almost broke my belt. When I went to exchange it under its warranty they couldn't find me in the system. I had my father in law bring me back to try and exchange it when he told me he bought a distributor at that same location last year and went back to exchange It they could not find him in the system either. He still had the box for his as well. I understand they need to locate a customer to honor a warranty but not finding me in the system or they lost or never entered my information in the system is not my problem other than my wallets. I will never shop at this location again. Even the guy working at auto zone said this locations notorious for not entering customers information.

These guys & girls know their parts. If they don't have it they will get it for you quickly. 95% of the time what I need is in stock. See Scott or Jonathan they will get you the part you are looking for.
