Excellent product range and great customer service--what more can you ask for? Jeff Hackney personally met with me to help me choose new carpet in two of our homes. He answered all of my questions about different carpet options and was happy to address price comparisons. Two years after one of the installations, I noticed minor bunching in one room. Less than 48 hours after emailing Jeff about it, his crew was out to my house and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes at no charge. Really appreciate a company that stands by their product and delivers true customer service!
