We rented from Eric. Unfortunately he took my rent/deposit and did not pay his mortgage. Instead of Mr. Love's family being out in the cold, our is. My wife, who is fighting cancer, is having a nervous breakdown. My 5 y/o is worried about kindergarten next year and if he can stay with his friends, my 2 y/o handicapped daughter will have to again readjust to her surroundings, while Mr. Love and his family sit comfortably in their home.

Thanks Eric! Our county is furloughing teachers and police officers. Their families are suffering - Mr. Love defaulted on almost $200,000 on property taxes ... I think you can imagine why we rate him the way we do - Mr. Love does not exactly ROCK when it comes to business ethics - he has hurt many lives!
