May, 21 2019Jennifer Miller5I have been training at Fit 4 Life for about 7 months. I am not a fan of gyms but felt very comfortable walking in without feeling any judgement. The trainers are open and friendly. They listen and tailor training to individual needs. Between the trainers and clients, I feel right at home. I would highly recommend F4L to anyone who wants positive support while getting in shape.
