I am contacting the home office about an experience that my elderly parents just had with this company. They quoted 1544.00 to replace an electric water heater at their house. I am glad that they never showed up, this was a total con job to take advantage of my parents. I can't believe that Home Depot would allow this company to be an installer representing their company. The company never showed up at their house and after a week of non response, my mom called me. That's when I told them to cancel and I would find someone to do the work. Job accomplished, 40gl heaters, installed 645.00. This company will try to take advantage of people and this not a good deal for Home depot, they will be copied on the letter that I send to Memphis. I can't tell you not to use them, but what happened to my mom and dad, (78 and 81).
