I shopped at this location for decade and were very satisfied with the customer service; however, recent change in staff I noticed the changes in customer service. I do most of my shopping in store, once in a while when I couldn't find my size or online offers better discount I have an associate order the items online, save me free shipping. I did this many times and never had any problem until today. When I called to ask an associste to order few items, I was told that I have to come into the store to place my order, she can't take credit card via the phone for security season ..which is nonsense. After telling her that I did this many times in the past without any issues, she agreed to take my orders and said she will call me back in 10 mins to get the rest of the information for purchase transaction because she was busy with customers at the moment. I waited for an hour w/o call back from her. I decided to call, I was told by another staff that she is still busy and will call me back as soon as she is free. It has been almost 3 hrs and I still waiting for that phone call. In the meantime I went to ann taylor website only to find that the items I intend to purchase had sold out.....needless to say I will never return to this store.....
