Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers at 3705 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, Georgia.

The service here was very slow... about twenty minutes for two burgers and two fries. The fry sauce was empty. While waiting for our food, I asked the staff if they could replenish the sauce. Two different people in the kitchen called out loud that they needed sauce, and that was the end of it. Nobody actually took the task, and during our entire visit (about 45 minutes), it was never replenished.

Although the price for a regular hamburger is about what you'd expect for a fast casual burger, it comes with no lettuce or tomato, which makes it less of a value.

The shoestring fries, though, were very good. Perfectly crispy, fresh, and hot.

I was expecting more from Freddy's, and left rather disappointed.

First time I've tried Freddy's this past Monday (may 20 2018). I haven't been able to work for two days. Not sure what it was about this particular establishment. I hope they get whatever it is handled before someone else feels this miserable. I work for myself so my days I don't work I don't make money. Just noted to not return during lunch when I have clientle in the area.
