I spoke with the Executive, Rich Peterson, who told me that he was my "advocate" to help me regarding unauthorized transactions. This was a lie. He had absolutely no intentions of returning monies taken from me in unauthorized transactions. He attempted to string me along to keep me from informing the public about what Chase is doing.

They stated, "All Chase cards also come with zero fraud liability protection against unauthorized use for card holders." When my account was compromised. I did not receive a call, text or email from Chase Bank informing me of suspicious activity. Chase Bank returned a portion of my money. They've refused to return ALL the money taken from me in unauthorized transactions.

The Federal Trade Commission Act calls their actions a violation of Section 5 which refers to the Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices: "An act or practice is deceptive where a representation, omission, or practice misleads or is likely to mislead the consumer; A consumer's interpretation of the representation, omission, or practice is considered reasonable under the circumstances; and The misleading representation, omission, or practice is material."

Stop supporting banks who take your money and refuse to return it unless the government forces them to do it. Chase Bank never admits wrong doing. They just repay families they've lied to and stolen from. I have a right to my money. I won't stop telling people about it until Chase returns it to me.
