The men who picked up and delivered the furniture were courteous, cautious and careful.
The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable and courteous, helpful with ideas, suggestions and document very precisely for accurate results. (I have been there so much they started to feel like family.)
The work the workroom staff does is breathtaking, wether it is a small pillow or a large piece of furniture. I just look at the finished products with amazement and smile, and that is a lot to say from an over the top perfectionist.
