I have not even made it into the shop yet, but Mark was absolutely excellent in his customer service skills. He made me feel welcomed, intelligent, and confident that they will do an amazing job. He answered my questions thoroughly and was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. I will DEFINITELY be taking my car here thanks to Mark.

Going in I just new I had a transmission problem. I spoke with Maury when I got there. I told him what was happening with my car. He said he could take a look at it but it would be after lunch. I left it with him with the thought that something was definitely wrong with my transmission. A little after lunch came and Maury called. He had good news... all that was wrong was the throttle body was dirty... they could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me. To top it all off... they didn’t even charge me for what they did! When I picked up my car Maury told me everything that they found and gave me some additional advice. I also met the owner Mark and spoke with him for a while. All I can say is I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommended going to them!!!
