Jefferson Lakeside Apartments at 2085 Roswell Road, Marietta, Georgia.

After living here fore three months I can tell you it has been horrific. So many things that need fixed and when they finally come they just fix it temporarily. For instance our bedroom light did not work so someone came and "fixed it". Now the fan controls and light controls don't work. Also my A/C has been out for days. They came and "fixed" it two days ago yet nothing has changed. Not to mention the roaches... Please look somewhere else.
Update: when signing the lease they will tell you that you have access to washer and dryer 24/7 this is false. You must pay extra to get access to these amenities. Another lie to get you to sign.
UPDATE: We are now about 6 months in our lease and none of the issues have been fixed. We were also promised a referal reward of $300 but we have not recieved that and when I inquire about it I recieve no response. I wish Zero stars was an option.
